Introducing the MyPlace Home Hub

When you install Advantage Air’s MyPlace system, you don’t need to worry about figuring out integration for yourself. The MyPlace system allows the flexibility of adding MyAir and/or MyLights as well as controlling other devices in the home. MyPlace also provides a hub for third party Apps for ease of access, with everything located in one convenient place.

Use the MyAir tab to control the heating and cooling in your home from your App. The home screen displays all of the essentials: whether the system is on or off, set to heating or cooling, the set temperature and actual temperature and fan speed.

Once you have adjusted the temperature from the home screen, you can tap through to zones to fine tune the airflow in every room. Here you can unlock the full functionality of each system by simply tapping the unit name to display all of your options.

In the MyAir tab you will also find our new MyComfort settings which allow you even more choices around how to best use your Air Conditioning.

Use the MyLights tab to have control over individual lights or set up groups of lights that are able to be used at the touch of a button or integrated into your scenes.

An 8-inch colour Android touchscreen that is permanently powered and wall-mounted, MyPlace is designed to be a complete home hub. Simply tap on what you want to do and follow the prompts. Under the MyPlace Tab our intuitive navigation has six main sections:

1. Home: These are the buttons which are most commonly used on your device. The intuitive system will automatically include them for you.
2. Groups: A group gives you the ability to control one or multiple “things” with the push of one button.
3. Scenes: A scene allows you to auto run any “thing” that is connected to your Advatntage Air system in your own configuration either with the touch of a button or set to automatically run.
4. Monitors: Allow you to monitor for certain temperature and weather events in your suburbs and lets you make decisions based on this information, or runs a preprogrammed scene based on this information.
5. Set- up: Allows you to customize your zone names, light names and groups. You can also check your remote access here.
6. Help: Simply tap the help button if assistance is required at any time.

Home owners don’t want to be rocket scientists in order to manage or learn about their smart devices. They just want them to operate automatically and give them the benefits for which they were purchased. Like the best tablets, MyPlace is super intuitive and easy to use.
