Shipping
We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Delivery
Advantage Air shall deliver each order to the site specified by the client by the delivery date between the hours of 7.00am and 5.00pm on Monday to Friday. Advantage Air is not liable for late delivery or failure to supply the components for reasons beyond its control. A delivery fee will be charged by Advantage Air and is payable by the client.
Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all parts of your system. If any factory faults occur during this period, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Returns
To initiate a return, you will need to provide proof of purchase. Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct a thorough test to confirm the factory fault. If the fault is confirmed, we will promptly send you a replacement.
Return of Components
If you wish to return components for credit, please note the following conditions:
- Components must be in their original condition, as determined by Advantage Air.
- Non-standard or special items cannot be returned.
- A handling fee of 25% of the purchase price will be charged for credited components.
- You must notify Advantage Air within 24 hours of delivery if you intend to return components.

- Order number or reference
- Date the order was placed
- Components ordered
- Preferred delivery date
While we strive to maintain sufficient stock of all components, there may be instances where we do not have the required quantity available. In such cases, we will notify you and propose alternative arrangements. If you are not satisfied with the new arrangement, you have the option to cancel the order.
