We often hear people saying 'The air conditioning is working so well I had to turn it off!' For us, that means the air conditioning is not working well. It means that the system is either not balanced, the thermostat is in the wrong place or set incorrectly, or the system isn't meeting your needs. In all of the circumstances, more could be done.
For part of the solution, we have our new product Zone 10.
Zone 10 has up to two thermostats (one active at any one time) and allows 10 zones for your air conditioner. This gives you the freedom to close down the room you are in (if it has received enough conditioning to suit your needs) and still run the rest of the house, which may still require that little bit more. Effectively, you may remove the 'hot and cold spots' that so commonly exist in air conditioned houses by managing each room to your needs. No more will you need to fight over the thermostat, or juggle the needs across multiple rooms in your 'zones'.
VAV-T is the system designed to add individual temperature control on to Zone 10 systems, but can be installed independently. VAV-T allows up to 8 individual temperature controlled zones- best suited for those rooms where climate control is crucial to you or your family's comfort. With Zone 10 and VAV-T, you can have up to 18 zones in the one system. VAV-T gives you a panel, with thermostat built in, for every room that has the VAV-T.
