At Advantage Air we don’t use the same off the shelf components our competitors use because frankly, they’re not good enough. We design and manufacture our own components right here in Australia as it’s the only way to build systems that live up to our standards of control and comfort.
If you want a more efficient, more comfortable system, don’t be airy-fairy about components. Insist on Advantage Air.
Zone 10 Control Panel
If you live in a standard sized home, chances are you will be able to zone each room independently with the Zone 10. This intuitive colour touch-screen enables you to pick and choose precisely which of your rooms receive conditioned air. You can also select which room you would like any excess air to be deposited in.
Better still, this clever controller means you need never come home to a hot house, or wake up to freezing floors, again. You can set a week’s worth of schedules for every zone.
By contrast, standard systems have a basic light switch panel style controller. You can open or close 4 zones and not much more. There is no control over the dump zone and no ability to preset a week’s worth of schedules.
Zone 6 Control Panel
Not only does Zone 6 give you two more zones than a standard system, it does it a lot more stylishly. While our competitor’s control panels looks like a four button light switch, the Zone 6 controller is sleek and contemporary. But it’s more than just a pretty face. Zone 6 has no permanent dump zone. Instead, the controller has an electronic default constant that can detect if too many zones are closed and will automatically open a pre-selected zone to relieve excess air only when needed. You save energy without sacrificing comfort.
Exact Air Regulator
Housed in the ducting, dampers control how much air goes where. Being complete control freaks, we were never going to be satisfied with imprecise conventional dampers, so we designed our own; the Exact Air Regulator. Instead of the usual single "scoop" damper, it has four Opposed Blades, hence the term Opposed Blade Dampers. Think of them of as a series of double doors that can open and close in precise increments, versus a standard damper that hinges like a pivot door.
You’re rewarded with smoother, quieter more even airflow, while we were rewarded with an Australian Design Mark award for innovation.
Used in Zone 10, Zone 6 and Evaporative systems.
Ducts
All ducting is not created equal. This is definitely one case where silver wins out over gold as it offers greater heat reflection. We’ve further improved our ducting’s insulation properties by lining it in high density polyester. Plus we’ve included a stainless steel spring inner coil for added strength and shape retention. The result of all this engineering is our ducting meets Australian strength, mould, temperature and fire standards. And if that doesn’t blow you away, the 10-year warranty will.

Purtech Return Air Grille
If you’re smart enough to purchase an Advantage Air system, you deserve to breathe rarified, purified air. Our triple layer filters are electrostatic to attract more particles to the fibres and keep them there, resulting in 30% cleaner air than standard filters. It’s housed within a clever Purtech Return Air Grille that has an optional LED warning light that lets you know when the filter needs cleaning. As a dirty grill and filter can directly impact on a system’s efficiency, ours have both been designed for easy cleaning. They’re both covered by a 10 year warranty, anything less is a choke.

Diffuser options.
Diffusers are the vents through which conditioned air enters a room. Like people, some are dramatic and are designed to stand out in a room, while others prefer to go unnoticed. Whatever the personality of your home, Advantage Air has a diffuser to suit.
Streemline Diffuser
It has an adjustable 7-point setting system that lets you diffuse cool air across the ceiling, or hot air down into the room. Unlike our competitors’ diffusers, the blades sit flush with the ceiling and don’t protrude into the room.
Silhouette Diffuser
It ensures whisper quiet cooling to all corners of the room by gently diffusing air across the room.
Linear Elite Diffuser
This stylish diffuser has been designed to compliment modern homes. It can be used in conjunction with other diffusers.
Small Linear Diffuser
Its compact size makes it perfect for wall applications.
Round Diffuser
Being round, it diffuses air equally to all parts of the room. It compliments round light fittings and downlights, ensuring minimal visual impact.
Swivel Jet Diffuser
This has been designed specifically for small rooms or heating systems. Its swivel function allows for greater directional airflow. The centre is removable for easy cleaning.
